Over 17 years of experience in civil, transportation and traffic engineering managing civil and site engineering projects including drainage system design, roadway and utility layouts, the development of residential and commercial site layouts, and roadway, intersection and traffic control system design.

Project experience spans feasibility studies and conceptual plans through contract document preparation and construction support services for roadway, drainage, intersection and traffic control projects.

Strong background working with local, state and federal environmental regulations with particular experience in NPDES, Title 5, Massachusetts Stormwater Guidelines and HydroCAD.
