Commonwealth Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is a civil
engineering and land surveying firm made up of professionals with
extensive and varied experience in land improvement and development.
CEI strives to associate itself with the quality development of land,

regulations and with environmental laws that protect our natural

CEI staff is comprised of quality drive professionals with

Land Surveying
The survey group prepares Land Court surveys,
commercial and institutional base plans, topographic maps and
residential lot surveys. CEI has surveyed roadways for safety
improvement projects and has mapped both of Boston's major zoos.
Civil Engineering
The engineering group designs roads, site
developments, infrastructure improvements and utilities. CEI's
experience includes complex roadway and site improvement projects,
residential subdivisions, site plans, environmentally sensitive
projects, drainage improvements and municipal projects.
Regulatory Permitting
Commonwealth Engineering, Inc., has a full range of
capabilities in regulatory permitting. CEI regularly prepares
construction contract documents, site plan
applications, storm water management plans and teams with wetland and
landscape professionals on Notices of Intent (NOI).
